By downloading, installing, or using DailyLine ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DailyLine provides the following features:

Daily quote delivery via push notification (once per day)
Browsing quotes by emotion tags
Saving and managing a personal quote collection
Apple Watch notification and complication support
iOS Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets
User-submitted quote feature

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without authorization
Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
Collect or misuse other users' personal information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Content and Copyright

Quotes featured in the Service belong to their respective copyright holders. DailyLine presents quotes for personal, non-commercial enjoyment under fair use principles.

All original content created by DailyLine — including UI design, graphics, and code — is the property of DailyLine and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Service Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for reasons including:

System maintenance, updates, or outage recovery
Changes to the service structure or content
Other operational necessities

Material changes will be communicated through in-app notices or on this website in advance where reasonably possible.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DailyLine is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, force majeure events, or user-caused issues. We will make reasonable efforts to address any copyright concerns related to quoted content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
